Creativity Week saw Fallibroome produce some incredibly innovative, exciting and imaginative responses to the theme of ‘Change’, providing opportunities for cross-curricular work and a range of activities.

Students in the Library considered the changes they could make in their lives to help create a better society. In History, they reflected on the changes that were brought about by the First World War. In Business Studies, they looked at product changes.  How computers and technology have changed over time was examined by the students in ICT lessons. They explored ‘Human Form’ and distortion to create wire sculptures based on the artist Giacometti in Art and, in Design and Technology, they went back to the old school ‘quite literally’ as students experienced what it was like to be taught in the 1950s and much, much more…

This year our very own Year 7 Drama club successfully performed a devised version of ‘The Seven Ages of Man’ at the Presentation Evening. The Presentation Evening was a superb celebration of all the creative work that had taken place in Fallibroome and at our partner Primary schools.  A huge thank you to everyone who supported throughout the week and congratulations to all those involved.
